Traditional Post-Baby Compression Wrap.   This is a modern accessory based on traditional methods of belly wrapping, to help tighten and reduce the loose belly feeling after pregnancy.  Wearing this wrap during your lochia (bleeding following birth) can help reduce cramping. How often should you wear it? The Belly & Hip Wraps can be worn all day every day, only taking it off to shower. You can wear it whilst sleeping if this is more comfortable. Remember, the longer you wear the quicker the results.

This 3 piece is the most powerful, useful post-partum wraps we could source. The first piece fits over your hips and helps stabilise the hip joint after birth. This can bring great relief and mobility to many mothers who feel wobbly after the birth. There has also been some studies done on a similar product that has shown a reduction of hip size if worn for around 8hrs per night for the first 3 months after birth. The second piece goes just under your bra line. A lot of women find that their ribs are splayed after delivery, especially if they have developed a diastasis recti (seperation of stomach muscles). This piece will help your ribs return to their original pre-baby position.

Follow this guide to help decide on sizing, especially if you are purchasing during pregnancy in preparation to pop this in your hospital bag. Usually if you were up to size 10 prior to pregnancy the Medium should work. Over size 10 choose the large. If you need a different size we are happy to exchange. If you are on the cusp of two sizes, then choose the larger option unless you still have a lot of fluid retention then the smaller size should be okay. In order to receive maximum belly, waist and hip shrinking benefit you should aim to wear this for at least the first 6-8 weeks post delivery.

DO NOT WEAR DURING PREGNANCY! (Except for the hip belt which may be used as a belly support belt during pregnancy, making sure not to wear so tight as to cut of the blood flow.) THIS WRAP SHOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE, IF NOT PLEASE READ ADJUST HOW YOU ARE WEARING IT OR DISCONTINUE USE IF DISCOMFORT CONTINUES.
