​PAYPAL:  We use Paypal as our payment gateway. You do not need a Paypal account. Click the button at the bottom of the page “PAY WITH CREDIT CARD”


All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

Please call or notify us if your order is urgent. If you do require urgent delivery of your order there may be an extra charge for express shipping which we would advise at the time.

Wondermum will not be held responsible for any delays that are outside of our control, including customs or courier delivery times.

We will notify you of any expected delays.

If you have not receive your items within 7 working days of placing your order please notify us immediately. If you receive your order and something is amiss, please notify us immediately. Do not sign for delivery is you think something is amiss and notify us immediately.

If you have used the on-line system for placing your order, you should receive an automated email message advising you of when your order is shipped and the courier tracking reference if applicable.

Wondermum’s Returns Policy

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT LINERS FOR YOUR POOL. WHILE WE WILL BE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE ANY UNOPENED LINERS, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS.

Wondermum takes care to be as accurate as possible when describing its maternity products, so that you can make the most appropriate choice for your requirements. We only supply quality products that we believe in, that we have used ourselves or recommended to us by known and trusted women who have used the products for their own childbirth experiences.

If you need to exchange a product for any reason, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. We are happy to provide you with an exchange as long as the product has been unused and is still in it’s original packaging. Exchanges may incur a shipping and handling fee.

For items that you believe are faulty, make contact to advise Wondermum about the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. The faulty item must then be returned to Wondermum, in its original packaging, within 10 days. We will inspect your claim and provide a replacement product as applicable. Should you need to return anything, please contact us and we’ll provide return details.

Birth Pool Sales Returns Policy

Our Pools are made in small batches allowing for every single pool to be fully inflated for 24 hours before leaving the manufacturer. This procedure reduces greatly the number of faulty products. It is vital that you test your pool as soon as possible to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects.

For items that you believe are faulty, make contact to advise Wondermum about the issue within 7 days from the date of the delivery. Any longer than 7 days and it is entirely at the discretion of Wondermum. The faulty item must then be returned to Wondermum, in its original packaging, within 10 days. We will inspect your claim and in the event of a manufacturing flaw we will be pleased to provide a repair or replacement product as applicable. Should you need to return anything, please contact us and we’ll provide return details. Shipping costs for returned merchandise that is not damaged or defective are not refundable under any circumstances.

This warranty does not cover: damage due to misuse, over-inflation, punctures, cuts and abrasions sustained in careless uses or improper storage or normal wear and tear from use. Over inflation is a major cause of leaks. Inflating to full hardness can damage the seals. DO NOT inflate with a compressor or high pressure pump.

Note that we must be notified of damaged/faulty goods within 7 days of receipt, no repair or replacement will be accepted after this period.
