How to choose your size

Measure around your abdomen at approximately belly-button level after birth and choose the size that corresponds to your measurement.

If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a firmer fit, provided it remains comfortable.

When can I wear it?

The wrap is designed for use after birth and not during pregnancy.

You can wear it when you want additional abdominal or back support during the postpartum period. Start with a comfortable level of compression and adjust gradually according to how your body feels.

If you’ve had a C-section, significant birth injury or complications, check with your midwife, doctor or other healthcare professional about when it is appropriate for you to begin using an abdominal support wrap.
